I am a Texas Licensed Professional Real Estate Inspector. Home inspection has allowed me to use my knowledge and experience to fulfill my passion of helping home buyers and sellers thoroughly inspect their homes. As your home inspector, I will inspect the property diligently and report my findings to you verbally, while also providing you with written results that include pictures to visualize the condition of the property. My name is Haytham Kader, and in 1988, I graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Architecture. I have over 30 years of experience in the architectural field, working on residential and commercial projects and their construction documents, and building architectural models.
